The 39^th CVL Leader Without Title Leadership Tribute Colloquium was held in honour of Chief Don Etiebet, CON. Chief Etiebet, is no doubt, a major contributor to the growth of ICT industry in Nigeria. He is an acclaimed and acknowledged pioneer investor in indigenous ICT services and development in Nigeria and his activities in bringing computer awareness, use, training and applications in the different sectors of the Nigerian economy are legendary. It is also noteworthy that Chief Don Etiebet initiated the establishment of NCC where he served as a pioneer member of the board.
